I have been asked to write this letter of reference for Amir Khajavi of Pars Construction and it is with pleasure I do so.
We met Mr. Khajavi in the fall of 2002 at which time we were considering building a home in the Kelowna area.
Mr. Khajavi was very willing to answer all questions pertaining to the construction of his homes and arranged for a tour of two (one already completed and another under construction). He met with us on several occasions to go over specific details resulting in our going forward with the construction of our home in the spring of 2003.
Mr. Khajavi was very organized and efficient in his efforts.
My husband and I were very involved in overseeing the construction of our home.
We are very critical people and expect nothing but perfection.
Mr. Khajavi takes pride in the building of his homes--the results are visible.

I am very confident of Mr. Khajavi's ability to organize and construct any home as we are so very pleased with our own.

Building our home with Pars was a great experience.

We required a builder we could trust as we lived in another province during construction.

Communication was easy, our needs were valued and more importantly they cared about the quality and craftmanship of our house as much as we did.

We often refer to our experience as a novel, the more chapters you read the better the book gets.

In future, when we build again, we will look to partner with Pars.
